The International Institute For Mankind

J. Stanley Oakes, Jr.

THE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR MANKIND is a multi-national cadre of scholars businessmen, politicians and leaders of non-government organizations united to bring the resources of the world to bear on the problems of mankind.

From crises on the national level, such as genocide, racism, poverty, and world hunger to crises on an individual level, such as drug abuse, teenage pregnancy and suicide, and the breakdown of the family, the INSTITUTE is conducting a comprehensive campaign to conceive and implement innovative solutions.

On the most fundamental plane, all consequences find their genesis in ideas. Faulty ideas are the seeds of catastrophic consequences. One could say, for example, that Adolph Hitler's "super race" (and the resulting Holocaust) was only a logical extension of Frederick Neitsche's conception of the "superman."

THE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR MANKIND is pleased to jointly present TRUTH: An International Interdisciplinary Journal of Christian Thought as both a contribution to the world of ideas and a commitment to the enduring values that underlie Western Civilization.
