Exhibit 9-1: Release Forms for Newspaper Ad.

Dear Colleague:

Several of us have talked for a number of years about periodically placing an advertisement in The Crimson-White identifying ourselves as Christians and indicating a willingness to interact with students and faculty concerning Jesus and Christianity. We are now ready to proceed with this project.

Attached are the following items:

1. Proposed copy for the ad titled "The Solution."
2. The Statement of Faith for the University of Alabama Christian Faculty/Staff Fellowship.
3. A signature sheet indicating agreement with the Statement of Faith and giving approval for using your name with the ad.

If you wish to join us, please sign the approval form and return it to me as soon as possible. Please indicate your exact title as it should appear in the ad.
